IMPORTANT:
The installation folder is:
C:/Users/Public/Documents/w
So you will here download the Setup file for Wolfeye that will create the w folder and put the Wolfeye Software there. Please put the folder C:/Users/Public/Documents/ and/or C:/Users/Public/Documents/w into your Antivirus Exception list BEFORE executing the Wolfeye setup file that you are downloading here.
AGAIN:
Put the installation folder C:/Users/Public/Documents/w and/or C:/Users/Public/Documents/ into the exception list of your Antivirus program. Only then you can execute the file that you are downloading here.
SCREENSHOT HISTORY:
In addition, the screen recordings can be archived / historicized / saved if desired (this is optional). This way you can view the recordings at a later time. Activating this function requires sending an email to “kontakt@wolfeye.de” with the subject “Activate archiving” (also possible in the test version). Activation can take up to 1-2 hours.
MULTIPLE COMPUTERS:
Install the “Wolfeye” software on each of your computers that you want to monitor. You’ll then see all users’ screens live and remotely on your Dashnoard. Send us an Email to “kontakt@wolfeye.de” with the subject “Dashboard” to receive your Dashboard link after installing Wolfeye on each of the computers that you want to monitor. Include in that email also the remote live screen url links that you want to have included in the Dashboard.
